Rebecca Oropilla

Short Bio:

Becky joined the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG), (formerly Local Government Center) in 1992 as administrative staff and has been appointed as University Extension Specialist in 2018.
 
Over the years, she participated on various researches with CLRG, including the study with BFAR on blue crab fishery and arrowroot farming.  This also includes the conduct of client satisfaction surveys on family planning on various years.  She actively participated in organizing, local and  international conferences  of the College and the Center’s various training programs. She is also involved in facilitating and documenting some of the Center’s training programs and activities. 

Educational Background:

Becky earned 30 units for the degree Master in Public Administration.  She completed her Diploma in Public Management in 2012 from the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines.  She has a Bachelor of Science major in Tourism,  from  Centro Escolar University (CEU) and earned AB Psychology units from the Philippine Women’s University (PWU).
