You're almost there. One more step.

For iLead Participants:
Thank you for signifying your intent to participate in the second batch of the short course “Introducing Local Executives to Administration and Development” (iLEAD)! 

To complete your registration, please pay the registration fee of Php 15,000.00 per participant. We encourage you to pay in advance to secure your slot. CHOOSE one of the following options:


Option 1: Pay in cash or in check.
  • You may pay in person at the UP Diliman Cash Office (Address: PNB Building, Apacible Street, UP Campus, Diliman Quezon City) or through Jaryl Quincina of the NCPAG Publications Office (Address: NCPAG Building, RP De Guzman Street, UP Campus Diliman Quezon City).
  • For those who will opt to pay in check, please email us at [email protected] for the UP Trust Fund account details and further instructions to verify the payment.
  • Those who are not able to pay in advance may still settle their registration fee during the first day of the training.
      

Option 2: Deposit the registration fee to the UPD Trust Fund
  • ​​You can pay via over-the-counter bank deposit or through online fund transfer.
           For online fund transfer, only UPD Landbank Fund Transfer via PESONET is available at the moment. Payment
           
through GCash, Paymaya, and Fund Transfer via INSTAPAY (BPI and BDO) are currently not available/possible.

           NOTE: As per Memorandum No. AAP 2022-21 Non-Issuance of Official Receipts (ORs)​, the University of the
           Philippines Diliman issues an Acknowledgment Receipt ONLY for bank transfer transactions. NO Official
           Receipt will be issued for bank transfer transactions. In order to choose this option, kindly fill the form below.
           Once you signed the form, we will email the UP Trust Fund account details and further instructions to verify the
           payment.

Option 3: Pay using the Modified Direct Payment Scheme (MDPS) LDDAP-ADA process (if applicable)
  • Only for LGUs with LDDAP-ADA. Payment to the UPD Trust Fund can be made using the MDPS. Ask your Budget and/or Accounting officers if this is applicable to your LGU. See DBM Circular Letter No. 2018-14.
