REGINALD G. UGADDAN, Ph.D.
Reginald G. Ugaddan is an assistant professor at the University of the Philippines, National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG) in Quezon City. With an extensive background in public administration, he earned his master's and doctorate from the Graduate School of Governance at Sungkyunkwan University, Seoul, Korea. Currently, he serves as the Program Director of the Governance Futures Lab at UP-NCPAG. He leads research initiatives in various areas, including public management, disaster management, global and local governance, e-Government and e-Policy, strategic foresight, and performance management systems in the Philippine local government. He has also served as the Director and College Secretary of the UP-NCPAG Center for Public Administration and Governance Education. His expertise in these areas has been recognized globally, with his works appearing in prominent publications, such as the Philippine Journal of Public Administration, International Journal of Policy Studies, International Journal of Public Sector Management, Public Performance Management Review, American Review of Public Administration, Asian Review of Public Administration, Modern Society and Public Administration, Public Personnel Management, and Asia-Pacific Social Science Review See Asst.
