Case Writing Project on Leadership and Innovative Management at the Local Level

This project aimed to celebrate the achievements of selected local chief executives who are either graduates of the Local Administration and Development Program (LADP) and/or recognized as outstanding local chief executives in the Local Government Leadership Awards (LGLA). The case write-ups showcased various good practices which exemplify the leadership and innovative management qualities of the local chief executives.

This project was realized through a grant from the Office of Senator Aquilino Pimentel, Jr.
