Citizens Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) Pilot Testing

CLRG has been tapped as partner Local Resource Institute (LRI) of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) through its Office at the National Capital Region (DILG-NCR) to implement the pilot testing of the Citizens’ Satisfaction Index System (CSIS) in the City of San Juan, Metro Manila. The CSIS is the companion to the Local Government Performance Measurement System (LGPMS), an LGU self-assessment tool.

The CLRG Team has already completed field testing of the CSIS instruments last December 2012 and the draft report on the survey was submitted to DILG-NCR on January 2, 2013.

The final report was also submitted to the DILG in the first quarter of 2013.
