Herisadel Flores
Office Address: National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City Profile: Herisadel Flores is an Assistant Professor at the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines. He teaches Public Fiscal Administration; Local Government and Regional Administration; Public Administration and the Economic System; and Introduction to Public Administration. He worked as a University Researcher at the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG) and was involved in numerous researches and trainings. He also worked as a Junior Technical Staff at the Development Academy of the Philippines from January 2006 to January 2008 and as a Legal Assistant at the United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) from August 2003 to May 2004. Prof. Flores finished her Master in Development Economics from the University of the Philippines. He is currently taking up a Doctoral degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. |
