Profile:

Jocelyn C. Cuaresma is an Associate Professor and former College Secretary at the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines. She was a former Director of UP Center for Public Administration and Governance Education (CPAGE) for two-non-consecutive terms. She also served as an executive director at the Office of the President of the Republic of the Philippines. In addition, she has been a Resource Person /Speaker for various research and consultancy work of the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG).

She has a Doctor of Public Administration from University of the Philippines and holds two master’s degrees: one in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines and the other in Administrative Science from the Speyer, Germany. She graduated with a B.S. Economics degree from the University of the Philippines, Manila.
