Position Paper on the Abolition of the Sangguniang Kabataan

A study group composed of several REPS from CLRG was created to draft a position paper on the pending proposal at the House of Representatives to abolish the Sangguniang Kabataan. 

The resulting paper, which recommended retaining the SK, was submitted to the House Committee on Local Government during the early part of 2012.
