PREPARE U is a course intended for Mayors and Governors and their technical staff to enable them to handle executive functions at the local level. It serves as an appropriate venue to expand knowledge and appreciation of good governance, draw inspiration and practical lessons from best practices in local governance, build a network with fellow local government officials, formulate workable strategies and management tools, engage various development stakeholders and develop a plan responding to the needs of their constituents.
