Wilhelmina L. Cabo
Office Address: National College of Public Administration and Governance (NCPAG), University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City Profile: Wilhelmina L. Cabo is currently an Associate Professor at the National College of Public Administration and Governance and Director of the Center for Leadership, Citizenship and Democracy (CLCD). Prof. Cabo is an expert and author of various books in development studies, local governance and personnel administration. She was involved in numerous researches and trainings of the Center for Local and Regional Governance (CLRG) such as Sustainable Barangay Development Program (SBDC), Conference Workshop Towards a Visayas Development Framework, and Workshop on Good Governance and Youth Leadership for the Sangguniang Kabataan, among others. She graduated with an M.A. from the Institute of Social Studies, The Hague, Netherlands and a B.S. Community Development degree from the University of the Philippines.
