Revenue Generation and Fiscal Management

Being the lifeblood of running an LGU, money issues have always been at the core of discussions in local governance. As such, we understand that LGUs will need expertise and adequate information and skill in dealing with financial affairs, particularly in the following practical areas:

  • Analysis of financial statements
  • Accounting for non-accountants
  • Examination of books of account
  • Use of information technology
  • Local government procurement
  • Management of economic enterprises

We also make sure that local fiscal administration courses encompasses not only revenue generation and local taxation but other equally important practices which need coordination of different departments such as budgeting, accounting, assessment, and procurement.
