Upgrading Excellence in Local Legislation for Social Justice (uExceLL 4 SJ)

Upgrading Excellence in Local Legislation for Social Justice (uExceLL 4 SJ) is a five-day course for Presiding Officers (Vice-Mayors and Vice-Governors), Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan (Provincial Board Members), Sangguniang Panlungsod (City Councilors) and Sangguniang Bayan (Municipal Councilors), SP/SB Secretaries and other local legislative staff who have completed the Introductory Course on Excellence in Local Legislation (iExceLL). uExceLL for Social Justice will be conducted by the Center for Local and Regional Governance of the National College of Public Administration and Governance, University of the Philippines (CLRG-NCPAG, UP) in collaboration with the U.P. Public Administration Research and Extension Services Foundation (UPPAF).

Training investment is at PhP 10,000.00 per participant, inclusive of lunch and AM and PM snacks for five days.
