GONZALES, Benedicto Jr. Gonzales brings in a unique first-hand perspective having been a councilor and acting vice mayor of Caloocan City. A practicing lawyer and law professor, he also offers good advice based on Praxis. Gonzales speaks at CLRG's courses for local legislators as well as acts as a consultant for some projects involving local government and political law and local legislation.
